Women You Can't Trust Causing the Chaos that Everyone Else Deserves

There is nothing more beautiful than a thriller with an unreliable narrator, questionable motives and a penchant for being in the worst place possible at the worst time. Like lady, are you actually okay or did you really murder that entire family? Let’s find out.

I had to share my pièces de résistance in this category for all the besties who love a creeping thriller that will make you question everything.

GONE GIRL. Ok this one had my screaming, crying and throwing up with its twists and turns.
All of the characters are awful but so well rounded and the writing is just great.
We follow our all American good guy Nick whose wife goes missing - and as more clues surface - Nick becomes the prime suspect.

THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN. Rebecca is going through a rough time so any questionable behaviour gets a “as you should queen” pass tbh.
As her alcoholism takes over following the betrayal of her ex-husband, her only solace is living vicariously through the ‘perfect’ couple she sees most days - but suddenly not everything is as perfect as it seems, when she discovers the woman with another man.
When the woman goes missing - Rach can’t resist getting tangled up in their lives - leading to a messy web of betrayal and secrets.

THE WOMAN IN THE WINDOW. What’s a little light stalking between neighbours?
Amy, who is contained to her flat due to her agoraphobia, spies on the neighbours to pass the time.
Drunk and on a cocktail of prescribed drugs which lead to hallucinations, she’s convinced she witnesses the murder of Mrs Russell. But when the police tell her Mrs Russell is alive and well - Amy so starts to question her own reliability.

Do you have any recommendations similar to the ones above? I’d love to hear them!
